Reading List for African American Children - Kindergarten
Last year I started compiling a list of books for my son. At first I thought it would be difficult but I soon found that my local library had hidden gems . I was amazed at all the books I discovered. I think it's important that our children see themselves in books..especially in diverse situations that aren't limited to race relations or oppression.
